Register EARLY by calling Joyce at 715-646-2060

Please provide the following information when registering early with Joyce:

1. Names and ages (on June 13) of each fisher-kid
   
2. Parent's Name, Mailing Address, Phone, Cell Phone #, and email (if available)
   
3. Tell us if the kids will need a life jacket and/or fishing pole for the day
   
4. Tell us if the kids need a place in a fishing boat/pontoon or if you are bringing your own boat
   
5. And, finally, please tell us if a parent or guardian will need to be in the boat with the fisher-kid(s).
   

All of this information helps us plan for equipment, room in boats/pontoons, prizes, and food.
